Season Two Picks Up Right Where We Left Off, After A Bloody Massacre…
At the end of Season One of Westworld, Robert Ford (Anthony Hopkins) unleashed his newly self-aware hosts, including Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood), on the park guests, resulting in a bloody massacre. Meanwhile, Maeve (Thandie Newton) rampaged through the inner hallways taking out most of the employees and security. Finally, The Man in Black (Ed Harris) had his dream come true. Things are about to get really interesting in the futuristic amusement park.
Check out the first trailer for Season Two to see where they pick up the pieces:
The Man in Black is definitely getting what he always wanted. No more loops, just real Western adventures. Interestingly, Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) seems to still be in control of the human ran security despite realizing he is a host. I wonder if he’s a double agent or a triple agent. Or maybe he forgot who he was all over again.
Season Two of Westworld is still undergoing filming and there is no set premiere date yet. However, we do know the show will arrive sometime in 2018. The show stars Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Ed Harris, and Luke Hemsworth.
