We’ve Got the Latest Trailers & Summaries for All the New Shows Hitting CBS…
All the major networks are currently locking down their schedule for the Fall TV Season. Monday, we gave you a few trailers for FOX’s new shows . Yesterday, we updated our ABC list to include all of the network’s new shows. We will be doing a roundup for each network’s new lineup.
In this roundup, we have first looks at the new shows hitting CBS next season. CBS is going hardcore into action with shows like S.W.A.T. and SEAL Team. Check these out to decide!
Star Trek: Discovery
Before Kirk, Spock and the Enterprise there was Discovery. Now, one of the most iconic and influential global franchises returns to television with Star Trek: Discovery. The CBS All Access Original Series arrives this Fall.
Follow the lives of the most elite unit of Navy SEALs as they train, plan and execute the most dangerous missions our country can ask of them. David Boreanaz stars in SEAL Team. This Fall on CBS.
A locally born and bred SWAT sergeant is torn between loyalty to the streets and duty to his fellow officers when he’s tasked to run a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in L.A. law enforcement. Shemar Moore returns to CBS. This Fall.
Wisdom of the Crowd
Jeffrey Tanner is a tech genius. When his daughter’s murder goes unsolved, he creates a new social network to solve crimes. But can it solve his own daughters? Jeremy Piven stars. This Fall on CBS.
From Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro and Jim Parsons, this new comedy follows the life of a young Sheldon Cooper as he navigates childhood in a football-loving, churchgoing, small town Texas family. This Fall on CBS.
Me, Myself, & I
The life of a genius inventor is examined in his childhood, today and in the future. Bobby Moynihan, John Laroquette and Jack Dylan Grazer tell the story of Alex Riley. This Fall on CBS.
When actor Josh Roberts’ show gets cancelled, he moves home only to end up in the apartment between his parents and his brother’s family. Comedy has a new address, 9JKL. Starring Mark Feuerstein, Linda Lavin, Elliot Gould and David Walton. This Fall on CBS.
So CBS is giving the world the first spin-off of their hit series The Big Bang Theory. However, I really don’t think young Sheldon will see the same success. But what do I know, I don’t even understand how TBBT is a hit.
The show that really interests me is Me, Myself, & I with SNL‘s Bobby Moynihan and John Laroquette. The premise of seeing one man’s life at three different time periods is pretty unique. However, the young age storyline resembles young Sheldon a lot. I’m actually surprised ABC went with both shows. At least Jack Dylan Grazer seems more endearing than the kid who plays Sheldon. Just from the trailer, it’s hard to believe this is his first role.
So which shows will you be checking out? Let us know in the comments below.
